Strategi Guru Bk Dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Soft Skill Siswa Di Sma Negeri 1 Ampibabo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the counseling teacher's strategy in developing students' soft skills at SMA Negeri 1 Palu. The method in the research used is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the counseling teacher. The results of this study indicate that the counseling teacher's strategy in developing students' soft skills is very effective when carried out through collaborative, practical, and sustainable strategies and the success of soft skills development is influenced by strong support from the school, active involvement of students, collaboration between teachers, and the availability of adequate resources. However, obstacles such as time constraints, difficulties in adapting strategies to individual student needs, resistance to new methods, and limited resources are challenges that need to be overcome. A flexible, collaborative, and innovative approach is essential to overcome these barriers and ensure the success of students' soft skills development at SMA Negeri 1 Ampibabo.
